Ayrshire Participatory Budgeting Toolkit

Are you a Community Group/Organisation thinking about organising a Participatory Budgeting (PB) Event in North Ayrshire or, just want to find out more about PB, then this brand new resource may be of interest to you.
North, South and East Ayrshire Councils, along with support from the PB Team at COSLA, have produced and launched a PB Toolkit.
The toolkit takes groups through all aspects of running a PB process, and includes useful example forms, flyers and evaluation sheets. It also takes you through the entire process, from planning and on the day advice, to after the event itself.
